Anniversary Weekend

This coming Monday will be our 2 year wedding anniversary. We didn't have anything planned except go to dinner but then we were talking about an Ice Cider place we went to a few years back down in Hemmingford and we decided to go check it out again. So tomorrow we are spending the day checking out this cider place as well as apple picking at Petch Orchards and trying some honey and mead here.

On the way to those places we will probably stop by at other cider places and maybe some cheese places. We are pretty much just going with the flow. I hope it will be fun :). The weather doesn't look good though so if it continues to rain we wont be apple picking because we really do not want to do it in the rain and then get back in the car for a couple of hours all wet. But we'll see, maybe the weather will change, at least for a bit ;).

Other than that we don't have anything else planned, we hope our favorite Indian restaurant opens on the Monday so we can get some take out. We might go to Ikea to get a computer desk but that isn't for sure yet. Our desk is old, we found it in the lobby of our first apartment building and has lasted for a long time but it's time to say goodbye to it lol.

I think I might be coming down with a cold. The weather here has been odd, it gets hot and then cold and today it's raining a lot. My sinus's are going crazy, lets hope i'm not sick tomorrow!

Roast Chicken. Red wine. Cider. Cuddles.

All those things make a great Sunday. I hate Sundays, there is no real reason. I just hate the buggers. It is a day where nothing happens except the dread of a new work week :P. BUT has been pretty darn good. We went grocery shopping early in the day (so much better waking up early to go and not having to deal with mothers and kids who tend to think they own the store). Then we came home and just cuddled forever in bed. It was awesome and very relaxing.

Then we got up, had some chili and I settled down with a movie and some red wine while Marc worked on a project making the big monies. I just put the chicken in and there is once again the smell of homemade bread a baking. YUMMY! I love fall, makes me actually want to cook meals...healthy and yummy meals too!

I should really be going over some things for my test tomorrow....but I'm not :P. I will most likely regret it buuuuuuutttttt.......I have wine now so it's A-OK.
