An Alternative to Warfarin?!

So, there's a new drug in legalization:  Pradax, or Dabigatran, is better in a lot of ways -- it's not influenced by what you eat, it's much less likely to cause life-threatening bleeds, and it starts to work a lot faster!  There's only three real problems with it:  they haven't found a quick "off switch" for it, it has a much higher chance of gastrointestinal bleeding, and it's nearly 6 times as expensive as heparin.  Still, I'll jump at the chance to switch to it, if someone makes me an offer for January...
I want to eat spinach, and grow big and strong!
