O Leons you're slowing pissing me off

Over a month ago I get a call from this WONDERFUL company informing me that I have just over 3 hours to go to the store and pay a balance that is overdue. Umm balance? I tell the woman on the phone that my bill says paid in full and she goes on to inform me that no it is not paid in full and come now or you lose the couch. Fine.

So I drive over, during rush hour by the way, and upon going in the store I realize that the girl who processed my order did not add the 78$ of tax. Umm ok not my fault. WRONG. I was informed, and not to kindly that I am at fault and pay NOW or piss off. I tell them to get the manager who then informs me it is my fault, pay NOW or leave. I then asked if it was customary to give clients about 3 hours notice to pay a balance, they said no and that I should have gotten called a few days earlier but OH WELL not their problem! I told them that if I was out of town that they would of just cancelled my order because some incompetent employee can not manage the files right? Yes. Why THANK YOU.

So after being treated like crap for 20 minutes and having that asshole of a manager look down on me I pay--Why pay? It wasn't a lot and that was not what pissed me off. Their attitude and the way they handled the situation pissed me off.  So I write to the head office a few days later-a long and very detailed email- explaining the issue I had and that I want an apology. Nothing else. I just want and apology for blaming me for a mistake their employee made.

A few weeks go by and Marc emails them back asking why we have yet to receive any kind of apology or a phone call...something! And a few days later we get a call telling us that we will get a 50$ gift card and an apology. Guess what came in the mail today? The gift card and a fucking THANK YOU CARD! Thank you for what?!! In it the person wrote "Here is the gift card now shut up and go away" (ok not in those words but that is pretty much what the 4 line paragraph said. No apology, no mention of the issue...NOTHING.

So off to gmail! I have now sent them another emailing telling them I WANT that apology letter, no money, no fancy anything...just a goddamn letter. Lets see what they do now. I really think the managers at the Dorval, QC Leons store think they are above everyone. They can suck my imaginary dick!

Anyways today went well! Marc went to see the doc about his INR, it was a little low (one point below where they want it) but they said it's nothing to be worried about. He told them he ate some cauliflower a few days ago and they said ah! So maybe that's what did it. Anyways we are not worried as the INR tends to jump around sometimes, he has another blood test in a month or so, so we will see where it falls then.
